For existing customers, approval takes minutes. For first-time applicants, we aim to review and approve within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

We understand that life happens. We encourage you to contact our team before missing a payment so we can discuss a temporary restructure. We prioritize communication over penalties.

We work with hundreds of registered schools across Uganda. Even if your school is not currently on our partner list, we can still process the payment as long as they provide an official bank account.

Yes, you can apply for both. However, each application is assessed independently. If you qualify for a bursary, it may reduce the loan amount you need.

Our interest rates are competitive and transparent. We charge a flat rate of 5.6% on the loan amount, with no hidden fees. The total repayment is clearly shown before you accept the loan.
