How the Bursary Works
The BES Fees Bursary Program is funded by a percentage of our profits, alongside contributions from our institutional partners. Our goal is to identify and support students who show immense promise but lack the financial backing to continue their education.
Merit & Need Combined
Applicants must demonstrate both academic excellence (verified by report cards) and genuine financial need.
Partial or Full Coverage
Depending on the assessed need and available funds, bursaries can cover 50% to 100% of term tuition fees.
Direct School Payment
Like our standard loans, all bursary funds are paid directly to the school's administration to ensure transparency.
Who Qualifies?
We evaluate applications based on the following core criteria:
Academic Excellence
Consistent top-tier performance in recent academic terms, accompanied by recommendation letters from teachers or headmasters.
Financial Constraint
Demonstrable proof of financial hardship, such as loss of a primary breadwinner or extreme temporary economic setbacks.
Partner Schools
Priority is given to students currently enrolled in BES Fees registered partner schools.
Active Community
Families with a positive repayment history on past BES Fees standard loans are given special consideration during temporary crises.
